一、我们不收集你的个人信息

橙市（Orange TickerBar）是一款本地运行的 macOS 菜单栏行情应用。它不需要注册账号，不收集、不上传任何个人信息，也不包含任何统计、分析或广告 SDK。

二、数据的存储位置

• 自选列表与应用设置：仅保存在你的 Mac 本地。
• 第三方数据源 API Key（如你选择配置 Finnhub / Twelve Data）：保存在 macOS 系统钥匙串（Keychain）中，仅用于向对应数据源发起行情请求，不会发送给我们或其他任何第三方。

三、网络请求

应用会向你所使用的行情数据提供方（CoinGecko、Gate.io、Finnhub、Twelve Data、腾讯财经、东方财富、Yahoo Finance 等）发起请求以获取行情。请求内容仅包含标的代码等获取行情所必需的参数。这些提供方对请求的处理适用其各自的隐私政策。

四、订阅与支付

橙市 Pro（Orange TickerBar Pro）订阅完全通过 Apple App Store（App 内购买）完成。支付由 Apple 处理，我们无法接触你的任何支付信息。

五、儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。

1. We do not collect your personal information

Orange TickerBar ("橙市") is a local macOS menu-bar quotes app. It requires no account, collects and uploads no personal information, and contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

2. Where your data lives

• Watchlists and app settings are stored locally on your Mac only.
• Third-party API keys (if you configure Finnhub / Twelve Data) are stored in the macOS Keychain and are used solely to request quotes from the corresponding provider. They are never sent to us or anyone else.

3. Network requests

The app requests market data from the quote providers you use (CoinGecko, Gate.io, Finnhub, Twelve Data, Tencent Finance, EastMoney, Yahoo Finance, etc.). Requests contain only the parameters necessary to fetch quotes, such as ticker symbols. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to its handling of those requests.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Orange TickerBar Pro subscriptions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase). Payment is processed by Apple; we never have access to any of your payment information.

5. Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13.
